(Tuesday, January20, 2009) – Plenty of unseasonably cold air around today. A weak disturbance dropping through the NW flow will provide a chance of flurries mainly early this morning. Normal highs today would be in the mid-upper 40s. Today, we’ll see highs around freezing. Mainly clear skies set up tonight and overnight lows will drop into the teens. Normally the low would be about 28º. Temperatures will slowly moderate through the rest of the week. We’ll see highs by Thursday actually rise to above normal readings as mid-50s will be possible. Scattered rainshowers will be possible from a low pressure and cold front that will affect our weather by Friday.
