As of 8:21pm CST, the NWS in Memphis reported that at 7:55pm, thunderstorm winds brought down some power lines in Jackson. No other details as to the location were available.

At 7:45pm CST, flash flooding in downtown Memphis resulted in water covering some streets. Three-quarters of an inch of rain fell in one hour in downtown Memphis.
