A mid-afternoon cluster of thunderstorms brought very heavy rain to many counties in West TN prompting Flash Flood Warnings.  Here in N. Jackson, we received a total 2.14 inches.  The heaviest rains fell just after 12:30 pm.

Below is a table that presents the rainfall in increments of about 15 minutes from the storm (taken from data recorded by the Davis WMII rain gauge).  At one point we had received 0.72″ in 17 minutes.  Further below the table there is an image of the chart taken from the Universal Rain Gauge in utilize.  Annotations should be self-explanatory.
