More of the Same Today; Rain Late Friday

5:00am – Clear skies prevailing just before dawn with temperatures generally around 50º.  High pressure will continue to serve up “Chamber of Commerce Weather”.  Highs today reaching the middle 70s.  You notice a few clouds today and this evening.  Late tonight there may a bit of an increase in cloudiness.  By Friday morning we will definately start clouding up. 

As a storm system organizes in the plains and moves into the midwest on Friday it will sling a cold front through our area.  Showers and thunderstorms will move into the area late in the day on Friday and continue into Friday evening.  It appears the most of the rain will move out after midnight Friday night.

Your weekend:  A few lingering clouds on Saturday morning. Drier air works in during the afternoon and highs will be in the upper 60s in most areas.  A great looking Sunday….high pressure over the area and highs temperatures are expected to be well into the 70s.
